My Approach
Unlike the traditional approach of only focusing on the spot that hurts I focus on you. I want to know how well you move, sit, walk, run, lift etc alongside how well you are sleeping, eating and what your fluid intake is as these will have an impact on your tissue health and your experience of pain.
Your body is the sum of all your past experiences, injuries, traumatic events, posture, emotions, nutrition and overall lifestyle and so your body and lifestyle holds all the clues for me to help you reach 100% function. It is my job to read these clues and design a plan that will help you regain function and reclaim your body from pain. |

My aches and pains were gradually getting worse, to the point my training kit consisted of more neoprene supports than sports direct. At the point it was effecting my day work my training was starting to get pushed to the side due to the pain in my elbows. A little over an hour with Atlas Health and Rehabilitation pin pointed the problem and a few follow up emails with a few training tips and stretch’s, my pain has gone. Highly recommend

Booked in with atlas , with bad shoulders and knees ... it's not like your typical sports massage ... he's very knowledgeable and experienced and understands the body and functions ... had a good hour on my shoulders and knees and felt a lot loser , also emailed me with exercise to keep on top of it ... very happy with atlas I would 100% recommend any 1 just to get a session in if you have annoying pains or aches
